What can you expect?

• Learn from each other and go beyond language barriers.
• Exchange with colleagues, peers, volunteers from other organisations on projects and topics you all care about.
• Meet European volunteers, who will passionately share their experiences.

Who can attend?

• European Solidarity Corps volunteers and ex-volunteers 
• Organisations who are working on or have completed at least one European Solidarity Corps project (volunteering, volunteering teams or a solidarity project) 
• Organisations who have applied for a European Solidarity Corps project but don’t know yet whether they will be succesful  

Programme - Friday April 15th 2022

• 09:30 - Coffee/Tea
• 10:00 - Plenary Introduction 

Find out who is here, get inspired by some good practices from the European Solidarity Corps field and experience the full Belgian feeling with a welcoming word from our 3 communities.

• 11:15 - World Café

Discuss and exchange about a specific topic in smaller groups. And don’t worry, you can change topics. Each table will be moderated by someone from the team.

• 12:45 - (Walking) Lunch

Enjoy lunch and network with other participants.

• 13:45 - Open Space

Take the opportunity to meet in groups on a topic you want to discuss and dive deep in. Either continue a discussion of the World Café or discuss any issue or burning question you have and want other people’s input on. Launch a project idea and find partners on the spot!

We will have at least 2 consecutive rounds of several sessions, depending on your needs and offers. The method will be explained and moderated by a trainer.
